I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATES YET
Although we try to make it clear, we understand that some people may think that they receive certificates from us in the mail. That is not the case. Our certificates are print-at-home, and are available in your My Deals account the moment you purchase them. You will also receive an email upon ordering that will have your certificates attached as PDF files that you can save and print.
I CAN’T SIGN IN TO MY OLD ACCOUNT
If you are trying to log in to an account that was created before July 1, 2020, that account is no longer active. We upgraded our website to a new system on that day. You can register a new account with the same email and password as before, but your old purchase history will no longer be available.
I CAN’T FIND CERTIFICATES I PURCHASED IN THE PAST
Just like accounts made before our website upgrade on July 1, 2020 no longer exist, certificates that were purchased before July 1, 2020 are no longer in your account. However, that does not mean you’ve lost them! Check your email inbox for an email you received from email@example.com on the day you made your purchase. That email should have your certificates attached as PDF files for you to save and print. These are attachments to the email, not the links in the email itself.
I CAN’T PRINT MY CERTIFICATES FROM MY ACCOUNT
Although it’s rare, we have heard that some customers have trouble printing certificates from their My Deals account. However, there is another easy solution! Check your email inbox for an email you received from firstname.lastname@example.org on the day you made your purchase. That email should have your certificates attached as PDF files for you to save and print. These are attachments to the email, not the links in the email itself.
