Where are my certificates / tickets / vouchers?

Upon purchase of your offer, you should have received an email from My Deals Michiana. Your certificate is attached to this email, and there is a link to download it again in case you need to.

You can also pull up all your past orders from your own account on MyDealsMichiana.com. Login to the website using your email and password, then click your name in the upper right corner of the page. You can then click on “Orders” to see all your past purchases.

How do I print out my certificates / tickets / vouchers?

Open the PDF file of the voucher that is attached to your email. Then, just select “Print” in the program it opens in.

You can also open your voucher through the “Voucher Download” link after you make a purchase, or under the “Orders” section of your account page. After you open the voucher, click the “Print” icon.

What if I don't have a printer?

Most businesses and events require that you print out your certificates before you redeem them in person. If you don’t have a printer at home or work, you can visit a local library or copy store and print your certificates there.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. As stated in the Fine Print section of every offer, certificates cannot be refunded. Since we split our sales with other businesses, we are not allowed to give refunds on their behalf.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot the password to your account, please visit our Lost Password Page and enter your email. A password reset link will be sent to your email account. If you are still having trouble. please click HERE to contact us.

How can I get my business featured on My Deals Michiana?
